When buying a marketplace straight up it is better to make it a 0-2-3 because it makes more cash but the 2-0-3 is better if you buy it over the course of a couple round, because a 2-0-0 makes more money than 0-2-0 This might not be true if they changed something in this update

Also if your really trying to min max money, buying range on the top village for the oppolis triple discounting the engi saves/ gives you about 50$ extra.

Monkey city/Monkeyopolis is the exception to this rule where 203 and 023 make the same amount of money even with monkey knowledge.
