I’m a tour guide who brings tourists from Montreal and this helped me immensely as we walk exactly where you did in this video. Thanks a lot and i wish you much success as a tour guide. I passed the ny sightseeing guide exam (as you certainly did as well) and the info we must learn for that rarely serves in tours. Congrats for the great research 🙂
Love your videos, Tom. Always informative and your sense of humor makes them even more fun. Saw your video with Kenneth today. Great as always. Hey..congrats on 1K subs. Keep up your good work!!
Great tour, thanks! Even as a New Yorker, I learn so much! Id like to add that the Customs House you started at, is now an excellent Smithsonian museum that I highly recommend.
You're such a natural. You have a gift of story telling. This is both fun and educational. I would love to visit Newyork. It's neat to see it like this. I imagined the streets to be narrow, full of people just walking and yellow taxis. Shaped by the films of course. Thank you! Your knowledge of the city is pretty attractive .
OMG I could binge watch your videos. Without a doubt the best narrative and knowledge. Can’t wait to start seeing this on cable stations. Keep rocking and good vibes🔥🔥🔥♥️🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️
Tom, Your channel is interesting and informative. You are a walking history storyteller. I like that you add humor when learning pretty cool stuff. 😎📚📚🍎
Bravo! You are very knowledgable about New York. I could not never memorize all that info!. Born and raised in New York City am a Senior now not living in New York, but miss NYC. Thanks for the tour. Ever think of being a school teacher? Wonderfully done! Keep up the good work! I wish you the best! By the way, I am from Woodside, Queens New York, and lived near the BULOVA WATCH COMPANY! YEAH!
New subscriber, loved this video. Stayed down in the financial district during my visit to NYC in august. Would go back again to NYC in a heartbeat ❤🇺🇸
I used to frequent NYC prior almost on a monthly basis, Covid and have done miles and miles of walking around Manhattan and Brooklyn. Hopefully my company will not make me redundant and things will improve worldwide; when / (if) I have the opportunity to return to NYC, I intend to use your service as I love NYC. Thank you for the history lesson. Please keep your videos coming as I sincerely enjoy listening to the facts. Be healthy and safe always.
Ah the good old days when you see people’s lips move when they talked. Awesome tour Tom, my favorite part of the city to walk around because of all the history down there. The fresh smell of greed and hotdogs in the air 😂
You do the best walking tour because it is the most informative. Wow lots of research. To be nosy, why no longer a lawyer? Anyhoo....keep up the good work.....lovin' it here in the midwest. Made the trip to NY a few years ago, loved it, but the trip was way too short and we missed out on most of the goodies. Thanks to you, I'm playing catch up.
Hi Tom. You're not the only one who fell asleep on a movie in a theater .It happen to me quite a few times when the pace was too slow and lulled to sleep. Once I woke up and the movie was over and the theater was empty. The manager was nice enough to call Uber and I got home. Some movies I wanted to see what I missed and came back the next week and caught up. It;;s happened when I was watching movies on Watch TCM or You Tube. At least I can run it back and caught up to what I missed. At least I didn't do it on the bus or the train and missed my stop. It happens sometime when you get older. It serves the purpose of a nap. I'll fallen asleep hearing the audio and the movie created it's own video. Sometimes it was better than the actual movie was. I hate movies that don't have a recognizes ending. They leaver you up in the air because they ran out of the script and ended it abruptly. For what you pay to see a movie, the least they can do is have a decent ending.
Tom i wish you had been my guide when i was there in 2014....i love information like what you give...hmmm does that make sence?? anyhow you know what i mean
With the popularity of Hamilton, I think a Hamilton's NYC tour would be interesting. I saw earlier today the tour you did with ActionKid and went past his home on the Lower East Side
Your "speed of light" delivery of historic facts is truly impressive!

I don't understand how you don't have better exposure on TH-cam with this movie quality...You are really good! Fast, sharp, facts, facts, done!
It takes a lot of work (and time) to get attention from YT algorithm with so many people trying for a piece of that pie.
This is such a great tour!
You will make a great TH-camr !!! Can’t wait to see you succeed here! I will always support you!
Thanks so much Alberto. Still learning the ropes here believe it or not!
