I bought organic traveller brightening moisturizer and ordinary niacinamide...can i use both together if yes then which one would be first on face

Its been 15 days i am using organic moisturizer alone and then use niacinamide after7 hours gap but still not achieving results of moisturizer...i have been using niacinamide fo the last 2 months i got the results so can u guide how to layer these products and how many time moisturizer will take to affect
