I don't know why, but this is bringing me vivid memories of an old B&W sci-fi movie, "The Village of the Damned." Based on a novel by John Wyndham, it's about a town where the members of an alien invasion force have been born as children to local people. Most of the movie happens when the kids are about 5 or 6, and the adults are completely under their hypnotic control. I saw it as a kid and was traumatized for the rest of my childhood. Those kids were absolutely terrifying. What that has to do with this tune, I have no idea.
