Took us a while but I'm glad we finished it.
Everything here is how it would've been in the original VS Sonic.EXE and/or Illegal Instruction mod (besides the characters used as cameos since we assumed which would've been in the song since they wasn't explicitly mentioned).
This is pretty much all final besides some coding tweaks. It will be fixed for the mods release.

yeah everything we add in this mod was gonna be in the og mod (surprisingly some if not most og exe 2.5+ art sucked)
