@@MoetsMoney I think ETFs are great because it’s multiple companies within it so you are diversified with exposure within multiple industries. SCHD is an ETF (exchange traded fund) and it does pay dividends. REITs (real estate investment trust) like Realty Income pays dividends as well. Start small and add to it based on your budget. Small increments adds up to building your portfolio. I got one of my friends and a few cousins to start just adding some money once a month to whatever stock they chose.
