What really helped me the most was taking a full weekend to go through a course in Udemy that teached how to use Airtable.
You can now find lots of free resources in TH-cam as well, so I would definitely recommend to just take some time and go really deep into all the features Airtable offers.
After that, everything kind of falls into place and you'll start recognizing ways that you can make it work for any use case you have.

Yes, you can use any other LLM instead of the ChatGPT module.
