Yes very easy to grow and tasty! No I don’t reuse the soil as it’s such a small amount of soil and all the nutrients would be taken from the plants, since there is so many growing at once. You could add some more soil and possibly reuse if you wanted. No fertilizer as the potting soil I used has fertilizer already in it. Also they grow so fast it’s not really needed!
