This is very powerful message and Africa has stop this game of democracy, every four or five years we have to go to vote, look at the time, expenses etc, monies that supposed to be use to develop many areas of our nation has to be use to print ballots papers, rations for security officers performing duties, fuel for vehicles use to perform such duties, in fact monies that goes into our elections, you can't just understand. We need to have such National policies and plans to develop our nation. Good messages.
