Been useing air on my high-speed runs forever. Yeah, a bit more weight, but they don't tear apart like foam tires, and they ride so much better

I know I'm late to this game but just got into this hobby. Great information from your channel and it caught me up from 2005 when I used to race 1/10 nitro touring on road. My question is do you have to balance the tire or does it really matter at this scale?

Use two valves instead of plugging them up, these tires will leak down no matter how well they are glued and the second valve will come in handy after the first on is worn out. Also start with the 3.0 bead first because it is more difficult to seat correctly.
