    Congrats on getting an honourable mention in Hack-a-day on your last video, I saw the mention in the blog listing last night. Watched both videos, thanks for taking the time to put this together (I am aware of the time and effort it takes to do videos).
    The tracer is a nice addition to the lab. I am toying around with the idea of doing some project involving a module that could be attached to a scope to do the same thing.. but would be more of a novelty these days as direct acquisition sampling into a processor would be more convenient (but less visually exciting).
    Right now I am messing around with some hybrid concepts, using a FET-based CC sink on a tube's cathode to see if I can get more of a linear output in the tubes gain... if it looks good I might put that into my next tube amp build.
    BTW, when you say "your last video" I hope it is not the _last_ video, that would be sad news.

    i dont understand much of this but find the explanation very interesting. the subtle differences in the tubes v/i curves is there a place i can go to learn about the nuances of this
