This is an idea I've had in my head for 4 months now????? And I'm so so happy with how it turned out!!!!! It's my big love letter to tma s5 before it ends so I hope you enjoy it!

i haven't seen anybody else point this out but i LOVE how at 2:14 you have basira and "ashes ashes dust to dust" (mechanisms reference...) also i LOVE the facial expressions you do!!!!!! this is so good
i am losing my MIND ... i'm having so many emotions about season 5 all over again, thank you for this. it gets across so many different feelings about the season, like how jonmartin is finally together, but it's utterly bittersweet and will almost certainly end in tragedy... plus your composition is simply lovely, your framing of shots is wonderful and all the animated moments are incredibly eyecatching. just fantastic work

This is so good! So tender, so funny so many times (love the short "stops in the journey" sequences, Martin's faces, Upton House…) but also so heartwrenching (the hugs, Martin's Lonely moments, BASIRA...). Each moment is immediately recognisable. Great job, lovely watch.

hey OP just wanted to let you know that this animatic is what got me into TMA. I saw it a year or two ago when I really liked this song, and now my sibling and I have been listening to each episode together and freaking out each time we catch an event that matches up to a frame in this animatic. Its just vague enougu that we didn't really get spoilers- We just finished ep 189 a few minutes ago and sat down together to watch the animatic all the way through again. I love your art so so much and the way you draw Jon is literally the only way I can imagine him. I hope you keep thriving and doing well!!!

I've never listened to TMA, but I'm a huge fan of The Crane Wives, and this animatic has forever shaped how I view Curses. Whenever it gets to 'Ashes ashes, dust to dust', I think of your walking animation.

I finished TMA around last week, and this is one of my favorite animatics!! I love the way you draw every character and all the interactions between Jon and Martin! The lyric “the devil’s after both of us” as it shows Basira over Daisy just huurrts😭 I cried during that part in the ep and during this. Amazing animatic!!
