Known as "the father of Christian rock," singer and songwriter Larry Norman's project In Another Land was first released in 1975. It was then reissued by Solid Rock Records in 1993. Combining rock & roll music with Christian lyrics, Norman created controversy while at the same time birthing the contemporary Christian music genre. In Another Land contains some of his most well-known songs, including "The Rock That Doesn't Roll," "Righteous Rocker #3," "Why Don't You Look Into Jesus," and "I Am a Servant." The 1993 re-release also features four bonus tracks consisting of "Looking for Footprints" and "Strong Love, Strange Peace."

I am a convinced heathen now, because Christianity was brutally forced on us Europeans for centuries. They took us away from the faith of our ancestors. But Larry's songs helped me through some rough time in my life. Bless his pure soul.
Those weren't Christians, but rather "Christians" in name only - wolves in sheep's clothing.
They were wrong and it was not Christianity that was forced on them but Roman Catholicism.
Why turn to the gods of your ancestors? What have they done to earn such regard? The gods do not deserve to be worshipped, only the most high, creator God. Any other gods that wish to be worshipped are demons who have rebelled against him. I leave you the testimony you have heard before, Christ was sent to die for your moral failures towards God, every lie, every theft every failure towards him and those he made in his image, mankind.
We have all failed each other and God. He has provided us his son to cover us. Humble yourself before him and accept the testimony he has left concerning his son. If you do, please notify me so we can rejoice together.

How did that work out and how did they respond? I grew up with this dude, 70’s Petra, and Daniel Amos, it got me started with rock n roll then Stryper came and was blown away

Dudley Moore was a musician as well as an actor. He and Larry had crossed paths in that environment and were friends.
