    Hmmmmmm. I made an oyster stout once, was pretty good. I may give this a try. Thank you.

      No anchovies, just Anchovy Hops from Yakima Valley Hops! Had to do a play on the hop names.

    I'm a strict No-go for sea food flavors, so I'm out. But that system is brilliant in it's simplicity, and refinement. Almost seems like something, that if it could & would scale up, commercial crafties would toss in...

      No anchovies, just Anchovy Hops from Yakima Valley Hops! Had to do a play on the hop names. Oyster Stout is a great user for a seafood, but beyond that I'd be a bit scared.
