There is no source of where it came from. It will become a lot more relevant when players start selling guns. PD won't be able to tie random scratched guns to a single source.
The amount of mechanics in 4.0 that need to be reworked is crazy. DNA, tracing firearms, local car spawns, laws on past crimes given based on possession. All of which the PD abusing.
That's not the only thing that is wrong with the PD. The PD is also being disgusting biased towards certain people in the game. It's really unfortunate that nothing can be done to change that.

I feel like when someone says scuff happened the cops should have the right to review the vod specifically for scuff and vastly reduce the time of whatever charges that is placed on anyone by 70% or 80%.
That would be breaking the #1 rule of RP, don't use ooc info to affect how you RP, which is why "roll with scuff" is also a rule.
Roleplay is all about improvising, not chasing the W.... I cant even imagine the cringe it would be - "Hey guys, I was scuffed...reduce my sentence."...and then you sit awkwardly for them to watch it....also half the servers is not even streamers or streams very little
@@Athasin nah. scuff itself is an ooc issue. ooc issues requires ooc solutions. When ooc issues turns into Ic consequences than that's an issue. Also it doesn't really change how you RP. He is still getting charged.
@@sakib_h There is no improvising if it's scuff. There is no chasing any W if it's scuff. What's more cringe is a cop sending you in for full time when scuff happens. If they don't stream then that's too bad I guess
@@Syn741 "thats too bad"- whats with this logic...how do you even argue with that
Also getting caught for a scuff is way too common and i have never seen anyone complain about that for years... Even ramee does not care and rolls with it...why are you complaining then
sometimes you just have to take the L
Why does Ramee have such a hard on for the Civ Gang? Nick really lives rent free in Ramee's head.

Ramee has been blaming Eugene for every crime when he was a laywer. They used to fake snitch on each other the same way when Eugene was CG.
They like going back and forth
Crime is expensive holy. Just take the L bro
Pd needs to get rid of suarbot
ZERO scuff. Plenty of time to avoid that white car.
Lol right dood right
watch taco's pov also in ramee's pov u can see it wa the same white car that left to left earlier then just appeared suddenly in the middle of the road
Cops never wipe out due to scuff either so of course there should be special rules for crims
@@Randombaconface cops have nothing to loose so they don't know what it feels like to loose all that coz of scuff, they cry when they get killed and get their 750$ gun stolen
I fill like giving a streamer in rp that much time literally kills his stream
Oh, that was nothing. I remember a couple of years ago, Curtis was arrested by the Cops and he asked for a Prison Transport (he wanted CG and the boys to rescue him during it). The Cops made him wait in a jail cell for almost 7 hours before he finally got the Transport.
I mean, if you don't want the time, don't do the crime.
Yeah man criminals should just play tag instead @elfboy676
@@elfboy676 sit on a bench rp
PD is so blatantly lazy, you have to actually investigate and do your job to find ways to link the shootings to ramee, if you just take a picture of the casings and put it in the report your never going to link anything with anyone 😂😂
Hahahaha ok fanboy. Cops lazy? Doing work all days. Day in day out. Taking L after L. While crims roll around careless with hot guns in stolen cars robbing everything they see. Cop have to write reports on everything that happens. It's actually annoying to watch
@@cfvgd Doing reports and taking evidence is basically the only roleplay they have to do. The rest is purely notification based, fake local calls, and pings.
There are barely enough cops for the server to function. Then when cops are spending time investigating and doing reports people complain they are "cop stacking."
@raz4371 ok so you just proved you have not watched anything. Cops provide the best rp on the server by far. Most of them funny and goofy as fuck.
Can you name some? I'm actually curious. @@cfvgd

guy cant even take L just mald ooc
I get this is supposed to be RP and crime should have consequences to give a purpose to police RP and a thrill to the chase, but do the people in charge of the server seriously think that hours in jail on a game is reasonable? If there were mini heists or something in the jail to make it interesting, that would be a different story.
Its called consequences, they can also take the plea and move on with the situation like others do and save everyones time, Ramee, X and K just always drags it out cause they cant take the L and wants to RP their way out of everything in court
