In this story, Princess, Adesoa, refused to be married because of her secret of having both male and female organ. this secret was between her and her late mother. Despite pressures from her father, king Dada, to get her married to one of the many men he presented to her, she still did not accept any. At the end, when the king, Dada, mistakenly barged into her room and saw her secret, he was told by Adesoa that her mom confessed her problem is a result of a covenant she had with the village river gods to gift her a child when she could not conceive. King Dada covering her shame, stepped down as a king and got married to her daughter
