A good overview, however, this is a very straight forward procedure that can be performed easily and autonomously by trained PAs and NPs also. It does not need to only be performed by a physician. I do PRP injections at my Med Spa and at a local hair loss center as a PA all the time.

Im curious how deep you go with the needle and how much you inject in each area. Also, at what angle do you inject the solution. And do you collect with a light blue (sodium citrate) bottle?

Hey doctor, I got prp+ acell session today . However he took 8ml of blood and got about 4 ml to be injected . Also he used about 1 ml of acell .so my question isn't the blood he took way too less to be effective?
