There is no such thing as a visa restaurant, neither we claim to serve visas on a plate like various other consultancies that offer fee after visa, reach and package, etc. The truth is we have made videos on various aspects of visa application and if someone is savvy enough they can do it themselves. Of course if they require our consultancy we will charge a nominal fee. We don't run an air ticketing business, we run a visa consultancy. We wouldn't know the nitty gritty of claiming refunds and terms and conditions involved upon booking those tickets. Also, it is not easy to get a refund in many cases without knocking on the doors of consumer forum which many people are reluctant to do. Rest assured if there are any hiccups for our clients we guide them to the best of our ability.
