2:07 Miko says 死体切り, net slang for BM where (usually in an FPS) someone shoots/hits their enemy's body after beating them. I think that kind of BM is pretty common in the west too, but I couldn't find a specific English term for it so I left it as BM.
3:03 Miko says うちのロマン砲, "my Romance Cannon" which I left untranslated because it doesn't really make sense in English. You might've seen the term "a man's romance" used for drills and giant robots before - this is similar, it basically means "a giant, unrealistic, really hard to use but really really cool weapon". Miko's referring to her rocket launcher.

BM in the context of competitive games usually means "Bad Manners".
More generally, it is used if the player that is winning takes an action to mock their opponent. I think it is what is meant here as well.
