Ingredient: water,besan(gram flour), hing, green chilly, salt, sugar, lemon Oil, turmeric , mustard seeds for frying Step1: Take a bowl add besan(gram flour) (1spoon), salt(according to taste) , sugar (1 spoon) mix everything gently Now add water to it (take 3 glass of water) mix it properly, there should be no lumps of besan (gram flour) Step2: Take vessel which is deep and broad. Put oil (1 and half table spoon) add mustard seeds. Keep the flame high wait until mustard seeds don't get fried now next put green chilly (it must be cut vertica) Now add Hing and mix it. Lower the flame to add the gram flour liquid in the pan. Now add turmeric and mix it well Keep the flame on until it doesn't get the thickness just shown in this video. Turn off the gas and surve it in a bowl Note: I don't hand lemon at my home so i didn't gave you brief about lemon but without lemon also it was just tasty as the shopkeeper's I hope you understood the recipe now Thank you

You can try that way if you want to. But buttermilk and lemon both are tangy in flavour so add sugar as needed and adjust the flavour.

If you don't like lemon thn pls skip it.
But when you add lemon you have to balance it with the flavour of sugar
