@@bayangmagiliwgaming6104 Yeah in 2012 in think it was?? he also got vice champ a couple times too if I remember right. Not to mention he's also one of the nicest dude in the community
D low and napom are some of the most "in your face" beat boxers, often going at their opponent in one way or another, it sorta creates an illusion that they just don't like any of their opponents while battling haha
I remember some of the first beatboxing I ever saw was Skiller in 2011 and 2012 and I strongly disliked him because of how he treated opponents. That was before I learnt that beatbox is a family closer than any other and its all about passion for beats!
@@TDeuce-u3f I knew this a few months after when I got hooked onto beatbox battling. Now I like to see guys going for it against each other and I prefer it if there was the competitive edge :)
10:16 the reason for this is mainly that beatbox is highly competitive and throughout these rounds, beatboxers try to make the most complex/technically challenging routines, while also making something genuinely enjoyable to listen to. In the current beatbox climate skill is put on a higher pedestal than "musicality". If a beatboxer were to do what you said here it might result in a better song/more memorable listening experience, but that's just not what beatboxers are encouraged to do during battles. Basically, the answer is that they COULD do this in a battle but it would make it way less likely for them to win.
This battle was on the level of a final, but it was the first of the competition! Too bad but still amazing. I could've sworn u guys reacted to this already, oh well lol
I believe the "metallic sound" question for the first part of D-Low's first round is likely his zipper. He adjusts it so the sound comes more through his teeth. Gives it more buzz.
The crazy low part that D low used is called Inward Bass. It's kinda painful to learn and can still be very irritating years after mastery. D low prob could do two routines of inward in a row but his voice would most likely be destroyed. Routines for battles are arranged to get as much technique and "flex" as possible and still maintain musical feel. Shoutouts on the other hand may tickle your musical fancy a little bit more. Cheers and Esh!
they can't do the same thing or it counts as repeating the routine, therefore they gotta do different tracks and put some technique in there also try counter the other beatboxer for points, so when you see someone put up 2 fingers it means he's done this before
*_Colaps_* is also an *insane beatboxer!* He has gotten allot better after this battle and makes *_amazing content on his channel as well._* he has great bwatboxing content
Should check out oZealous, he doesn't compete in GBB but he's easily one of the most technical and clean beatboxers I know and does entertaining Omegle content with it to boot.
You should react to Pentatonix since you guys love beat boxing. They're an 3x grammy award winner acapella group with millions of followers. Their beat boxer Kevin Olusola is one of the best Beatboxers in the world. You guys are missing out by not reacting to them.
No you must be kidding, never heard of them in 8 years of following beatboxing let alone this kevin guy has no proof of him being one of the best I doubt he's even top 500,000 in the world
Hey guys! Love watching the reaction videos. I really want to see another lacrosse reaction, but was having trouble finding a good video to recommend because it's definitely hard to tell exactly whats going on when you haven't played or seen the sport much. So I decided to make my own video for the first time but I think it actually came out pretty well. I tried to include a mixture of everything in it and some clear replays to see the crazy stuff they're doing. I only included highlights from the newest league (PLL). Some intense competition already! Check it out! th-cam.com/video/gbylysYr-ns/w-d-xo.html
I can imagine people saying Colaps. But sometimes he makes little mistakes with breathing and sounds that are not extremely smooth. D-Low has more variety. And his comeback with the clicks right after Colaps round was way powerfull and better
The guy that does the hosting is Scott Jackson, he's pretty much the main beatbox host for everything. Also a former beatbox champ himself :)
Canadian champ yeah?
not sure x'D
@@bayangmagiliwgaming6104 Yeah in 2012 in think it was?? he also got vice champ a couple times too if I remember right. Not to mention he's also one of the nicest dude in the community

Dlow copied colaps beet and did it better. Alot of battles are won on countering the opponent. This is why most beatbox chose to go second.
