  • Is it really as hard as everyone says? I don't really think so. It depends on you and the kind of friends you want to make! Also, we didn't talk about it in the video but I want to add, there are more ways to make friends! My favorite reccomendation is joining a group! You can use the app "Meet Up", or find groups from Facebook or Instagram!
In this vlog I travel in to Tokyo, Shinjuku. I meet my new friend and we go eat Tsukemen! We talk about the easiest way to make friends and why it may be hard to make friends with Japanese people sometimes! Next we visit Takeshita street in Harajuku to check out all the trendy spots, especially for food! Stuffing ourselves on crepes and sweet drinks. Enjoy!

It’s interesting because it doesn’t change much, but the small changes are still exciting. See you when you visit again ✌🏾

Great job, man! Liked the vibe , the editing flow. You're obviously put a lot of effort and time in it. The transition at 7:55 was smooth!
I also live in Tokyo and yeah can definitely relate to what you're saying about making friends here in Japan. Just like the guy from the video said - Japanese people transform after couple cups of sake, they'd ask you all kinds of things and will insist on adding your contacts etc. Not sure what is the BEST way , but you're definitely have to put effort into your social life here, cause it won't come naturally!

I appreciate you noticing the transition! It's pretty subtle but i'm trying ahaha. How long have you lived in Toyko? Have you found other ways to grow your social life here?

@@RaiWayOut Oh, man. I've been here for 2+years. I go to English exchange events, like the ones the Japanese people would visit.

@@r-cdmx good question! When it comes to street food vendors and areas like Harajuku, it’s natural to eat outside and even walk around eating. It’s okay here!
