    For those who don't actually notice, he clenched his jaw more after the shooting due to the wires medically placed to keep his jaw together after it was broken from the bullet to his face. So yes, it DEFINITELY changed his voice. After it he kept his mouth clenched and tight as if he was talking thru his teeth half the time.

      Exactly. For those saying he just got better with his flow… yes and no. I think the clinched jaw made him sound unique and he probably liked it too. Since it was relatively subtle it just sort of stuck and as the saying goes…if it ain’t broke, because it was already broke and then fixed, no need to break it again just to fix it.

      Legit, his jaw being clenched tight from the surgeries made his flow sound full of frustration, tension, it exasperated the sound of his anger and gave it that real raw that was needed to really feel the pain through his lyrics.
