- I really wanted to do a video of my expirences in Ramadan as a Muslim convert, expressing the ups and the challenges. InshaAllah this helps others 🌸💕
Jazakallahu khayr for sharing this, I am a revert and this is my first ramadhan as a Muslim. And just everything you said is exactly how I've been feeling subhan'Allah, it can get so lonely but we're never truly alone as Allah is always watching over us and knows our struggles and what's in our hearts more than we know for ourselves. May this ramadhan bring us all many blessings, may Allah fill the hearts of anyone spending this ramadhan alone with tranquility, peace and patience and may we get even closer with Allah than we ever have before Ameen ❤️

Allot of born muslims forget how blessed they are beeing born as muslims with islam surrounding them, where reverts are beeing tested and need to overcome the challenges they need to face when they are lonely in their faith, but Allah swt is aware of their struggle to keep on the straight path , may allah swt ease the path for the reverts !amin

Oh lord sister you make me cry I really can’t stop crying. I been in England 12 years since I was 18 years old now I’m 27 years woman live alone fasting Ramadan eating alone without family, I can feel what you saying, the loneliness is very hard specially in Ramadan but Alhamdulilah we are with Allah, wake up in the morning and go to work come back home go to the mosque Time of Ramadan is blessing Alhamdulilah thank you sister. May Almighty Allah bless you with your family ameen

When you are fasting nobody has any idea what you are doing, you can do whataver you want, you can eat and drink without anyone knows. But we every muslim do it honestly cause we know it's between us and Allah alone.. Alhamdulillah.

Ramadan is a school that teaches us if we struggle and succeed to make it during whole month then we can make it for the rest of our life.
If some people seize the "new year" to make new resolutions, Muslims seize Ramadan to have a new start with Allah's assistance...
May Allah swt choose us to be among Almuttaqeen (mindful of Allah) in the way He likes and it pleases Him. Ameen

Although I’m not a revert, I live alone as my parents have passed away and my brother lives in Australia ( I’m in Scotland) for the last four years I’ve been spending it alone and also Eid alone. So I understand the aloneness. However it’s helped me to be closer to Allah swt and focus on Ibadah. May Allah bless you and all reverts and all Muslims .also help them in their struggles Ameen
Also when you are breaking your fast, remember that your not alone, Allah is with you at all times and watching how you are still sticking with your deen.
Guidance doesn t come without one looking for it. May Allah guide all of us, Ameen.
Ramdan is the month of blessings and good.
To all those reverts out there do not think you are alone. Always think that Allah is always with you. Just like all our beloved prophets who were guided by Allah when they were to face all the challenges. Be patient and Allah will be with those who are patient.
When you said, that you broke your fast alone in your bedroom, it reminded me when I was in one of my difficult times when I was doing internship somewhat 16-17 years ago. I was in another city, I don't have vehicle, no close friends, I had difficulty money and it was ramadan. I was breaking fast alone in my room which I rented, sahoor and breakfast with 2-3 pieces of Prata bread. I think my scenario was not as tough as yours, because your a revert and I'm born muslim. but yea i know the feelings. Its just me and Allah, as was you and Allah.
What a great experiences and feeling of belonging and togetherness my best experience were the holy dreams, and are out of this world.🙏😇🌴🌸🇬🇧

I also wanted to let you know, most mosques have iftarr there for Muslims to break their fast with others and some places include food so usually some rice. I’m a Muslim living in the UK and even though I can break my fast at home, sometimes my family like to go there since it’s honestly the best fun.🥰

Prophet Muhammad (Sall Allahu Alayhi WaSallam) said, “It is a month people neglect between Rajjab and Ramadan. It is a month in which the deeds are raised to the Lord of the worlds and I like for my deeds to be raised while I am fasting.”
