Sa pagkakaalam ko, ang reinforced concrete may unit weight na 23.5 kN to 24 kN per cubic meter. Sa example na yan, included na yung reinforcement sa slab at ibang material naman yung wall dahil mas magaan.
Dapat iconsider lahat ng load combinations sa actual design. Pero kung D and L load lang kasi ang available, yan ang governing combination 1.2D + 1.6L.

You can use 25 kn/m^3 no problem.
