Ingredients:
For Coating:
• Vermicelli
For Frying:
• Oil
For Stuffing:
• ½ cup roasted peanuts
• ¼ cup chena
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 2 finely chopped green chilies
• ½ cup coriander leaves
• 8-10 mint leaves
• 10-12 curry leaves
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp asafoetida
• 1 tsp lemon juice
For Outer Layer:
• 1 cup (approximately 200g) semolina
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tbsp chili flakes
• 2 cups water
