Why is there no child at heart speech check for her 😂
They removed the perk I’m pretty sure
The child of heart perk was removed in Fallout New Vegas but it is still in Fallout 3 you can use it on Mayor McCready and some of the children in Rivet City
You can get it at level 4 and it requires a Charisma of 4

In Fallout 4: Nuka World, Bradberton's terminal specifically mentions sending "Nuka-Condolences" Gift Baskets to family of deceased Quantum test group members. While these fatalities may be the result of preproduction prototype formulations, I feel these implications coupled with the findings mentioned in this video strongly suggest Quantum is indeed harmful and/or fatal if ingested. Huh, drinking a mildly radioactive strontium isotope....what could possibly go wrong?!?

1:32 interestingly enough, in an excerpt from FO4 loading screens, it mentions that nuka cola had to change the shape of their bottles due to a “rival company” claiming to copy their bottle shape and threatening legal action if they didn’t comply. Naturally this led to the clear rocket shaped bottles. Not sure if Bethesda was actually confronted by Coca Cola for using their bottle shape or if the change was intentional from the start during development. Just thought that was interesting

This quest has one of the strangest choices in karma. While Ronald is a bit skeezy he stays with Sierra, protects her from raiders, and even pays attention to her interests and does things she likes. He just wants to pay you more for the soda so he can give it to her to impress her and somehow that's evil. But don't worry you can get that karma back by helping Angela in Rivet City drug a priest so she can date rape him and force him to marry her.
I don’t think he does those things because he actually cares about her. He just wants to fuck her.

atombrain Ronald moved to an isolated town that's literally just him and her. He listens to her nukacola lectures and tries her weird nukacolas with her. When raiders attacked Sierra says he protected her and she gets carried away talking about how cool he was, like she interested in him back.
His evil master plan in this gritty post apocalyptic setting is to wait for you to collect a bunch of soda, pay you fairly, and just give them to her as a nice gift. He's not even trying to get her drunk or something shitty.
If he's just after sex this is like climbing a mountain for the free ice cubes.

When I went back once I saw him lying there bloody in his bed and that same visit to Girdershade Sierra mentioned that she hadn't seen him in a while and maybe should go check on him.. .
Along with the fact that since killing him, ravenous monsters and evil robots were always outside her shack terrorizing her when I would show up, well... I realized I had made the incorrect moral choice in my good-guy playthrough.

Ah, dear old ditsy Sierra Petrovita. I love her. I was so glad she returned in Nuka World as well. Ronald is such a jerk, but at least he's not completely horrible... I find it hard to believe someone as naive as Sierra would last long in the wasteland without some help. But then she did make it to Nuka World on her own, so who knows? Maybe she's tougher than she seems. Still, it's a fun quest, a fun NPC and gotta love that Nuka Cola. Now with 90% fewer fatalities during testing!
Who knows, seeing the ending with the brotherhood of steel winning in fallout 3 was the canon one, and, it's hinted that they turned capital wasteland into some sort of nation state, she might of moved because she has too, or risk Brotherhood capture. Who knows!

Nuka World is a DLC from Fallout 4. its a huge theme park that has been taken over by three raider gangs. Sierra travels to it because there was a challenge at the park before the bombs fell that gives the winner a chance to meet the Nuka Cola inventor. Sierra wants to get the code because she believes the Nuka Cola recipe will be inside his office and the recipe will be the crown jewel to her museum.
Sierra is one of my fav quest npcs in FO3. She's just so adorable and naive. She's like a little puppy. I feel they did a super good job voicing her too with how expressive her voice is, can hear her excitement whenever she's talking about her Nuka-Cola collection. It's relatable. We all have something we get that excited about.

The only way you can complete that quest now is to get the quantum chemist perk from the broken steel add-on and hope you do not collect every bottle of nuka cola.
