9:30 Actually these kinds of houses are exactly why squatter's laws exist. This house probably IS abandoned, the rightful owner being long dead, no living relatives aware of the property's existence, etc. So if someone were to just move in, clean it, fix the place up, pay to have utilities run, register the address with the post office, etc. and depending on where you live after say 10 years if nobody complains, you can legally take ownership of the property.

Not really creepy nor urban but explored an abandoned, ruined house in the woods off a hiking trail with a friend. Hear a god-awful snarl and hiss from beneath the remains of a fireplace. Got chased out by an American badger for, what felt like, a good two miles. Thought for sure we were about to be mauled by essentially a mini grizzly bear.

Half listening, heard Northville, MI. Used to live there (currently work within the city) that hospital was on 7mile rd. Never explored it, have heard stories from people who have, it has since been torn down.

So I wasn't exactly exploring but when my family and I were on vacation our Car broke down so we waited for someone to fix it on the parking lot of an abandoned supermarket. Me and my sister decided to explore a bit and see if we can find a way in when we noticed a guy on the Phone (I think next to his Car) watching us. That creeped us out and we decided to head back to our parents.

I was asked to carry out a survey on an old house in its own grounds, albeit small grounds, I entered the grounds then stopped directly in front of me I saw a monk in a brown habit walk out of the back wall and across the grounds before disappearing. Need less to say I left in a hurry. Getting back to the office I mentioned it a workmate, she stated she thought it was haunted as she had this weird feeling of being followed around, she left and thats why I got the job.....
