I have found that her father Pietro was the nephew of Giovanni Pacini the composer. Giovanni was the son of Luigi Pacini, the Basso Buffo. Luigi Pacini originates from Popiglio di Pistoia Italy. He was from a family or Opera Troop which performed regularly in Venice and for Cimerosa and Paisiello in Naples. It seems that several settled permanently in Naples. It also appears that Giuseppe Pacini the Tenor who premiered for Mascagni is her brother. In Portuguese called Juan.

The daughter of baritone Pietro Giorgi-Pacini, and the grand-niece of the great composer Giovanni Pacini. No wonder she was such a marvelous singer.
Wife of the president of Argentina Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear.

Hermoso simplemente
stupenda
What a beautiful voice, what a pity that Marcelo forced her to quit singing.
I PURITANI Recordings 1904-1922
Me recuerda a María Callas.
