I think one of this basis requirements to have a conversation with someone is eye contact.

actually everything here is messed up, like malfunctioning mic, cameraman is just foccused on host and guest although he's supposed to move camera on objects too when she is explaining her gear. I think both are novice to this field.

Audio quality is pathetic. An interviewer and team should have thoroughly checked the functioning of devices and gadgets before interviewing such an experienced sports player.
Such interviews will not only spread knowledge but may also help to develop interest among people.
Thought of conducting such an interview deserves appreciation.
