From an early age, Charlie was raised to know which side of a game had value, where the edge was, and how to bet it. In college, Charlie discovers that she has a knack for picking winners. At first, it’s low-level bets with frat guys, but it quickly becomes a side gig, then her complete obsession. All is going well, until her estranged, terminally ill, degenerate father attempts to reconnect.
