ASC T-128 Noon Blast, Argos, IN 9/22/2023

I apologize for the Speck on my lenses I didn't notice when filming. This T-128 is located below the Argos Water Tower in Argos, Indiana. The siren went off right at noon, I was told sometimes it goes off a few minutes early, today it was on the second.
This is the only siren in Argos that does Noon Blast, I don't know about Sunday and Holidays, this day was a Friday.
