It's called Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (TABS), TABS is a Battle Simulator with "totally accurate" physics and it is mostly based on physical comedy, although on rare occasions you can get some pretty epic showdowns in the game. this video has the "god" mod for the game, it makes almost any "unit" launch a million projectiles, and make it overall much more OP. i recommend you search it up or buy the game on Steam, if you dont wanna buy the full game, you can download the beta's and alpha versions of the game for free.
