I've always wanted to find a Slot 2 system that could hold 6 or 8 CPUs, but they probably didn't sell a whole lot of them to begin with and if you find them online they're so big that you have to pay freight to get them which makes the impractically expensive for a machine I'll probably boot a handful of times, scrounge up all the upgrades I can for it, and ultimately get bored with as what can you really do with a bulky loud power hungry old server that if you really wanted to do server stuff you could easily replcate it's power with 1 or 2 cores of a modern cpu in a VM.
$25,000 30 years ago, $25 now. Now that's a pretty good deal!
