@@SlapnPlates how about the glow plug relay? Sounds like im calling you stupid but im not. The 7.3l has to have to jankiest relays on a truck, i did all my plugs went to start it at 20f and the bitch cranked and cranked, the truck was calling for plugs the relay "said" it was working but it infact was not. Everything appeared fine replaced the relay and boom, no more cold start issues

I don't think it was cold enough to gel the fuel. Around 2 degrees below freezing. I also added hotshots winter additive a week before.

Homemade flat bed but the guy didn't put tail lights on it. I need to find a harness for that. Also gotta fix the needle bearings.

glow plugs are pulling near 100 amps when on
