The database table analogy was somewhat hard to follow, but i think there were some great Ci/CD advice here… Focus on one release for a few weeks, then work on the next… if the release fails, don’t beat yourself up. I kinda started getting back to exercise (but in early December), and suddenly I felt like doing something more, such as drinking more water, and I also feel more positive when I complete my set of pushups in the morning. I guess some habits will naturally push you towards other siblings habits.
100%. Just like bad things tend to spiral to more bad things. Positive change and seeing positive results tends to lead to more positive change. You got this!
