- Speed build of a pretty big apartment building with 8 different flats that I built on a 20x30 lot in the world of Evergreen Harbor! I made the build in preparation for the new For Rent expansion pack because I'm really excited about it.
In this video I decorated 2 of the apartments, but if you download it on the gallery 4 of them will be furnished in total! The complex has a mix of really small and pretty large apartments, all ready for your sims to move in! I hope you like the build, you can download it on my gallery page! :)

also what you talked was scary. there was a stabbing around here too but it was something personal (like these things usually are). still scary and i kinda avoid that place even tho the police have been more active here. europe isnt that safe anymore because of the rise in inequality and the cost of living. sweden beef is relatable to a finnish person too. :D

hii.. i cant place the lot anywhere every where i try it says “Not available for this lot”..
I'm not completely sure why that is but it sounds like it has to do with the new lot type. Sorry that it's happening though
This probably late. You need to enter build mode and change the lot type (on top left corner) to Residential Rental first. Then you can drop it from gallery

The landlord is not getting paid correctly.
The eventes don't work properly.
The pricing of the rent is also bugged, some people can't set it for more than 2$.

I am Swedish and living in Sweden and here we have gotten a lot of crimes in the latest 20 years. Sweden was a good country back in the days but now someone gets murdered almost every week here and it is often young men who are doing all the crimes. Some people are only like 15 years or so when they commit murder. We took in so many refugees in our country at 2015 and back, and many people here think that's the reason we have so many crimes now. It was not only refugees who came in to Sweden, it was also a lot of people who came here for a better life. But now, Sweden is full of crimes and we are not the country we used to be anymore. I think that's why many people here in Sweden are voting for a big party called Sverigedemokraterna (English: The Swedish democrats) that's against illegal immigration and similar questions.
So I live in the states, and on the surface, yeah, that "hate" for other races from a neighboring country is generally frowned upon by peacefully functioning society. But it is a very relatable thing shared by a lot of countries, and unfortunately, for good reason. A little closer to USA that even most people here don't realize, are the relations between Haiti and Dominican Republic. Haitians are rapidly taking over the Dominican working class and it even creeps into health care situations where Dominicans can't get the care they need because illegal Haitians have filled up the hospitals. It definitely has, over a long period of time, developed a generally burning "hate" that just will not heal overnight or maybe in our lifetime. Haitians themselves don't even have any pride in their physical country to even care about it.. It's just extremely sad on both fronts, but also extremely difficult to take care of it politically when there's so much corruption.
