Some things to know about Association Football/Soccer and its video games back in 1992:
0:03 Argentina is misspelled/mistranslated as Algentina.
0:24 13:18 16:27 The FIFA country codes for Spain, Germany, and Netherlands (a.k.a. Holland) should be ESP (España), GER, and NED (Nederland), respectively. Germany was reunited by October 1990, but this game might be based off of the 1990 World Cup (June-July), during which West Germany (Federal Republic of Germany, FRG) and East Germany (German Democratic Republic, GDR) were still separate.
8:59 The goalkeeper was allowed to handle passes from his teammates until the 1992 Summer Olympics, when the back-pass rule was first enforced.
10:11 The lack of alternate kits/uniforms allowed for matchups between teams with the same jersey color. Perhaps France should have been assigned purple (similar to the United States in a different version).

Greetings from Spain. I've seen you've gotten a PCB version with Spain, Holland and France instead of Japan, Korea and USA. Thanks for these videos, only chance to watch this wonderful game as it is not emulated properly in MAME.

Some games in MAME are not working for main reasons like:
Protection Chips:
Protection chips that used in Arcade PCB's that prevent copying and bootlegging their game, Without this, the game won't boot up, garbled graphics or sometimes the game would locked up, preventing further progress.
Like Atari Slapstic chip for example.
