For those who want to try actual full healing kayn, go goredrinker deaths dance spirit visage as your core, it provides a lot of healing and overall more than building life’s real or omnivamp, this is because kayn has AOE abilities which make omnivamp less effective by 1/3 of the original amount, life steal also does not apply to abilities, you can finish the build with steraks, fimbulwinter, gargoyles or black cleaver to provide more hp or shielding as well as AD which indirectly increases your healing based on your Damage
omnivamp is 33% effective on AoE abilities and all almost all of Kayn's abilities are AoE (except for ult) and lifesteal procs through on-hit and auto attacks I think (not Kayn's strong point). He brain farts a lot and also he just plays these champs, they aren't his main, as you saw if he ignited then insta ult, vayne dies there, she'd already used condemn, he just didn't know that could do it in one motion without getting out of range, and if he played kayne at his level for a week perfecting him, would prob have won this one easily, gg tho
