      Salam, i believe the two faced is the hypocrite. Comes to people behaving in a certain way and behind their backs acts in a different way. With your condition and other conditions similar its not in your control. Allah swt does not take us account for anything that is out of our control. IA Allah swt will bestow on you more love due to your hardship my friend

    This Shakyh is full of it. No offense. If a prophet hears voices he's known to be elevated to highest ranks in Heavens. But, when a common brother or sister is affected these Shakyh are the first one to confuse (by disowning) them further by calling them two faced. I think it's very uneducated and unfair to the person suffering from the chronic desease. The problem is the lack of resources available within the Muslim community for people specifically affected by schizophrenia. May Allah give them Al-firdous for their patience in suffering solo from it's symptoms. Ameen.
