@14:28 i live in Jax. Ive lived here most of my life. I dont know the AirBnB people, but i will say this from experience: 80 degrees during the worst parts of summer, is about what you can expect. Anything less can overtax the system for just a degree or two cooler if youre lucky. The owners may also know, a lot of people just whip it down to 65° and let the system run wild. Its not the most comfortable to be at 80, trust me i know, but its also not costing 1000 bucks a month, and repair every 6 months.
On a side note, Jax is, on yearly average, the hottest city in Florida.

42 seconds for me, the one with the wasted bread really got me.
What a waste! IF you must fool around with a sandwich for your kid then at least save the leftover bread for thickening soups, breadcrumbs, croutons or even just cut them up and toast for dipping sticks.
