Just ordered a fuel pump housing assembly off ebay that im going to modify for -10an feed and hopefully 8an return. I waiting on seller to accept my offer for the universal fuel pressure kit like yours. I'll be running the deatschwerks dw400 instead of the walbro.
So you tapped into the oem yellow and ground black wire and ran to relay right? I'm trying to fully understand before I do mine. Maybe draw a picture or diagram of how it's ran? Including drawing of fuel system setup? Thanks man
I kept the hard line and in the engine bay I’m going to remove or reroute it. I’ve been waiting on my block for 2 months now so I have t had a chance to make a video on all the other details but it’s coming soon
Hey man ive got a tsx with bad gas, so i pulled the pump, syphoned the gas, tried to put the pump back in and it simply wont thread back onto the gas tank. It threads onto the filter assembly just fine but it seems the rubber gasket on the bottom of the seal keeps it from being able to thread to the gas tank itself. Do you have any tips to deal with the gasket/ have a video where you install it? Thank you
@@RuskiRedneck Yes sir that big black piece is having a hard time fully getting connected back to the fuel tank. It connects to the sending unit just fine but not fuel tank. It'll feel like its being connected but after a bit it just rotates the entire unit with the black ring. Any ideas to stop the whole unit from rotating? Could I just need fuel in the tank for whole thing to be able to connect properly?
Actually I take that back. Im retarded. I just didnt know that the arrows had to be lined up before it could be pressed into the proper position. Thank you for your time though, you're a real champ, good luck with your car.
That’s what I’m using too. Flashpro will work. I’ve got the idea of how I’m going to instal it but it’s going to be installed after the motor is in. Just need to wire the sensor and put it on your return or outgoing side of rail.
I came up with an idea for some more content that you might want to try since you'll probably be done before I get a chance to do it. Do a before and after dyno/under hood IAT, engine bay temp, power gain, spool time with silver reflective adhesive tape on all the intercooler piping. What do you think?
@@k24in31 Not a bad idea at all. They have a couple videos on dealing with heat on turbo cars but getting a little in depth on the tsx wouldn’t be a bad idea.
Run a fuel return wt regulator is a must if you’re going turbo. Watch my other fuel return video I show how to use the stock fuel line and add a second line for a return. You could probably get away with just injectors and a pump for a bit but the stock fpr isn’t going to be able to supply fuel properly when needed.

Yupp oem yellow for trigger wire and black to ground on relay. I’ll post a video once I complete my fuel set up
As these cars have evap canister hardlines have you removed the hardline for it or have you kept it on the car

Are you talking about the big black plastic piece that mounts the sending unit to the fuel tank?

Where's fuel filter and fuel regulator location in Acura TSX 2009.
You said the quick disconnect fitting is 3/8 on the return side right?
I can't seen to find any 3/8 to 10an quick connect fittings, I might have to stick with 8an.

When you say trigger wire you mean the switched power correct?
Trigger wire being your original source of power used to switch the relay on.
The trigger wire coming from oem harness is that the yellow and green or smaller yellow and black
