CurrieGOAT the nails hold up very well, I haven’t had a problem with it !! Plus saves you some time having to staple it all together. One downside I’d say is just making sure to not hurt yourself by touching the nails but if you have a frame standing up right like mine it shouldn’t be a problem
i bought your stretchy rug cloth and as a beginner i have an oxford punch needle to do it by hand. is your rug cloth suitable for an oxford punch needle or is it only to be used with a rug gun?
Oi Eu sou do Brasil, como eu consigo uma máquina dessa ? Não sei pronunciar o nome dela aqui nos aplicativos do Brasil, queria trabalhar com isso , aguardo a resposta thanks rsrs
It’s similar! If you use a loop gun monks cloth works! But if you use a cut you need primary or something strong. Difference is monks had less holes per inch and is 100% cotton Primary tufting cloth is usually half Poly and half cotton
i looked up what cloth to use for rugs and linen, monk cloth, and burlap came up, by the looks of it he uses monk cloth, but yall can use either one of the three it doesn’t matter
@@EuphoricSupply I have them on right( the little nails are pointing up) but my fabric just doesn't wanna stay on all the way. I'm not giving up, just frustrated. But thanks man!
Z W check out the free downloadable link on my website iMakeRugs.com on how to make a rug frame, I have a link on that file. It’s called carpet tack strips
@@EuphoricSupply my access is denied to all the links in your free download. I just gave my personal information for it... could I be given the correct links please?
Euphoric okay thank you for the feedback I actually talked to one of your customers that bought one and he had told me the price and I was like wow but also reasonable
i've been using a staple gun, how do the nails hold up?

I’ve tried stretching the cloth and it was super tight in the beginning and slowly got looser as I stitch away so what should I do

Primary tufting cloth is usually half Poly and half cotton
what's the name of the cloth you used?
I was wondering the same thing
Monks cloth?

He's using primary cloth

what cloth does he use
Monks cloth
website not working
Are the nail on the rug grip long? Mine keeps coming off when I'm trying to practice? :(
No they aren’t long. I think you might’ve put them facing the wrong way! The nails must be pointing outward to grip on without sliding off the frame
