Dear Ajay - If you own a lodge, you must have obtained license for it from Police and Municipal Corporation and other authorities. In the conditions of the license, all the terms and conditions are mentioned. Pls refer to the documents for better compliance at State level. Thanks
Dear Piyush - If the husband files a complaint against you being involved his wife and submit the related evidence to police stations then you can be charged with Adultery (Section 497 IPC). Imprisonment upto 5 yrs and fine. Hope this clarifies. Thanks
