31:04 I think you’re forgetting about how the Man God can read his mind in here. It’s been years since he’s looked into Rudeus’ thick skull, and asking him questions/talking to Rudeus might give the man god insights as to what Rudeus has been up to in his blind spot all this time.
0:31:00 If i remember correctly the Man God can also read the minds of those he visit in dreams along with someone's futures. Because Rudeus had that bracelet, his mind was protected and anyone near him cant have their futures clearly read along with himself. So the man god likely is trying to get as much info as possible to screw over Rudeus
Now in retrospect I think that person, Akihito, appeared on Man-God's future when the Displacement incident happened and I also think Man-God can't see Nanahoshi, he may not even be aware she exists so sending Rudeus there to research teleportation backfired, unintentionally helping Rudeus siding with Orsted.
I think pre title loss Gal Falion would have just chopped him in half or taken his head immediately. But new castrated low confidence version has to "play it safe" because subconsciously, he's not sure if he can beat this major league warrior without first disabling him
I remember the original web novel having a Rifujin QA section in the final 2 chapters about different random and lore stuff, long story short, if Rudy tries to rub one off, the Atofe arm will rip it
33:26. It honestly sounds to me like the man god might be able to see time "in 3 dimensions" so to speak. So i presume by this he means he can watch "events" and watch something like the superbowl from every perspective out there all billion+ people in that moment, or he can actually follow peoples "thread of destiny/fate" all down its length all at once, and since he is focused on his own which exceeds most peoples by a long shot his leftover perception only handles 3 entire lifespans besides himself.
That scene with the ManGod/Hitogami was hilarious. All he kept on saying was SHIIIIIIINEEEAAAAAA!!!!!!! SHINEA SHINEA SHINEA!!!!!!! That was a random moment, I had to turn down the volume while laughing.
My theory about why the man god cant see Nanahoshi's boyfriend is the same as Nanahoshi herself. Both are not of this world and lack any mana. But he can see Rudeus because he is reincarnated in this world, so Rudy is fair game. Just a theory tho.
1:12:01 i think there is another possibility here, this place looks like the inside of a Red Wyrm right? What if this is a dungeon made by the corpse of one of the original great dragons? That would explain the parasitic earth Dragons getting enough mana to survive, maybe they were an internal parasite to an immensely large creature.
Al in Subjugation is even more of a chuuni. He primarily set off to kill Kajakut to avenge his father, but had all these other ambitions about honor and reputation, much like Alek does right now.
I always thought Rudeus had his arms cut off and left alive so the man god could look into Rudeus' future. This allows the man god and geese know more about their enemy's plan to adjust.
Can't believe bro is taking 2 years for this i wish i had the restraint of this man just completed all volumes with around 3 weeks along with rebundancy
What's really amusing is when you see them without some of the changes from later books into the audiobook versions while some of the older ones they didn't.
This is just speculation but I think man god not being able to look at Nanahoshi or her "boyfriend" properly comes down to the fact they do not posses mana. Unlike Rudy, they were brought to the world in their original bodies. Bodies that do not generate mana and thus are not connected to the world in the same way as all other living things that do posses mana in the new world. Mana probably has a deep connection to that world and his future sight relies on it. Might be an important factor into how his future sight works and is also related to why Orsted has to trade away a normal mana regeneration when he "hides" himself from Mangod's future sight.
That's a great series, and I'd be happy if he went to that after all of MT stuff. But with how much he loves theorizing, I could see him really getting into Re:Zero
@@fatrown3 I would be sad if he went Re:Zero but I know he's been considering it. I think from a views perspective it's probably a better choice too. Though I think Bookworm is a better novel personally.
I was thinking about reading Ascendance, instead of waiting for more anime, but the number of volumes is insane! Instead I will read Kusuriya, a think.
@deathdoor ascendant has two or three audiobooks currently available narrated by the voice actress for the MC. Might be a good hook to get you started. When you like something, quantity becomes a quality as well
I think Man-God needs to see the flow of a persons mana to see their future. So without any mana, their future becomes a blank, unreadable! Now it all makes sense! Why Man-God never mentioned Nanahoshi! He quite literally can’t see her; The only reason he can see Rudeus is because his soul gathered up mana when it entered the stillborne child, perhaps Laplace’s aspect also played a role. Strong Destiny could be associated with large mana pools. Blessed children have a secondary mana-pool that they can’t manipulate, hence the weak destiny. It costs large amounts of mana to time travel, probably because you are literally forcing mana to reverse its natural course to alter destiny. I’m still in the one timeline belief, where the future is merely probabilities and time traveling backward erases that future, leaving only traces of it in the path the mana wants to flow back into.
Man god makes D from Kumo Desu seem like a mature, dignified , and benevolent god Maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but he certainly makes her seem preferable. He'd certainly never reincarnate innocent people he accidentally killed, even if it was half for entertainment purposes (and also, I'm only in vol 10 of kumo desu audio books so who knows how she turns out)
@@sdoor642 I don't think lack of mana is the main reason, it's definitely one, but not the main one. It's most likely because she is from another world. Rudeus unlike her, has a fuck ton of mana and yet Man-God only noticed him after the Displacement Incident.
Its going to funny in a dark way Rudy realizing his stupidity, not keeping any bodyguards with him and there base has nothing protecting it other Orsted and Rudy. So, with Rudy and Orsted gone the base and receptionist are left basically defenseless! These oversight could cost him everything 😅. I do wonder if we will get to see how powerful Julie has become magically? 🤔☺️
I have no clue how is that plot armor? looks like is more big coincidence (Or destiny, considering the thing is basically writers defense for some insane happenings )

Redeus: “I’m sorry Doga, I wasn’t familiar with your game” 🤲🏼
Facts 😊

Bruh... We've Finally arrived at Vol 25!!!
The mind-blowing volume.
2 great chapters with my 2nd favourite character, and the evil Man-God.
Let's go. 😊
1:05:08 I think this is 100% how Atofe would prep this. Provide a gift with instructions that become useless by the time you can actually read them.
29:30 so Manchild-God.

Hitogami knows nothing about Nanahoshi or her bf because Orsted gave her a bracelet as soon as she arrived
He did?
That was never stated in the books that orated gave her a bracelet. My assumption is that he doesn’t know about nanahoshi, but because she has no mana
