@@SpikeSpiegel96 If they have all the tapings already or else they might do something else since ciampa has to relinquish the title due to neck injury but either way it won't matter because ciampa and gargano can't make a storyline with all the build already taped and the main champ won't show up after the takeover.
And also i doubt that is foreshadow it just shows how much ciampa treasures that title that got gargano distracted from the actual thing such as chrome heart. But if this is foreshadowing then i can't exactly say that is 100% true.

There are exceptions like AJ Styles, but not many.
