I’ve never seen you try a British trifle. It’s so easy to make. First you put in a bowl sponge cake fingers, then make jelly, pour it over the sponge and wait for it to set in the fridge then pour custard over it, then whipped cream & then add slices of fruit of your choice. Preferably strawberries. Would love to see you make it and see what you think.

Unfortunately I think those of us that do, do because we’ve had someone (or multiple people) in life that had little to no follow through. ❤ Love you even more for keeping your word to her, she will always remember that her auntie keeps her promises, and will show up when you said you would.

Nata de Coco is made off real coconut. My mom used to make that at home to sell. I love it too, so your recipe is a must try :). And guess what? I have just a bottle of nata de coco in the pantry right now :) LOL

That’s exactly how we make Filipino fruit salad. We use more fruits though. You can add sweetened red beans, more coconut jellies( there’s a variety in Filipino markets) We use lots of nata de coco as well. We freeze it and the texture is more better. YUMMMMM
Thats nata de coco made frm philippines thats really good in making buko salad its shreded real young coconut with nestle cream and condense and its so good !

That looks really good! I love the texture of tapioca pearls but I have never made one. Will prolly try that in summer :) and your kitchen is goals 👍🏼
