I'm an insane fan of Pentatonix and through the years, I never once questioned or confirming Scott's sexuality. He's just Scott and he is happy in who he is.

I get that this is a joke but the majority of people who watch this will think it’s serious. In a fandom that has erased Scott’s sexuality for years it’s so uncomfortable reading the comments on this video. I guess no matter how openly gay he is there will be a lot of people who just won’t believe it.
Yeah it's sad that there are people who believe everything they see, even if it's just an edit with a bunch of moments of Scott kissing women for fun. There are lots of edits with the same thematics about characters and people who are not even bi, or just hasn't confirmed. Scott's sexuality is his business and peopel should understand that and don't take this kind of fun videos like a confirmation of something :)

Hi! This was a great video, but I have a question. So I'm relatively new to the fandom and I know this was a joke but I don't understand when people say this is erasing Scott's gayness? I mean even here some of their quotes were used (and like I know even Mitch who is 100% only gay has jokingly said he's not gay) but I am honestly confused about his sexuality because a lot of people say he's gay but he's never seriously come out to us like that? I just think he doesn't define himself because if he would, he'd probably have said by now? I'm just confused how other people claim that's he's gay and get angry when others say he's bi when he has said he's both gay and bi on different occasions either jokingly or not... Please, I don't mean to start an argument but I don't understand this
thank you so much for this comment cause this is what I'm trying to explain to those people who are angry and 100% sure about Scott's sexuality and feel offended just by the idea of him seen as bi... yeah he never said it directly but there are proofs from different sources that claim he's gay but I think he doesn't like labels so he never said anything about that clearly, people try to make a big deal out of anything even if it's a sarcasm which Scott himself uses all the time
And isn't it funny how the moment Scott's sexuality can't be described in one word a heated discussion arises about it, like it's hard to understand for some that people's sexualities can be a bit more complex and can't be labeled or people just don't want to label it... Seriously the amount of comments I've seen answering questions about their sexuality that all agree yeah Mitch is gay but when it comes to Scott everyone is so devided and starts arguing... this is so accurate, they bacome so defensive of him, trying to describe what his sexuality is. he may be more open about it lately, but still not quite defined but people still love to make assumptions when it doesn't really matters. I understand you want bisexual representation and that's totally valid. Please don't steal it from gay people, who also need representation, and leave Scott alone and accept his sexuality as he has stated what it is many times.
