Love the look of this Estate Jay... defo be proud to call it home .. at 41 years old i missed my chances to leave the estates but tbh i'm glad i didnt & now i fully embrace my blocks & estate & community in Hull (Thornton Estate).. you either fully commit to life on the estate or it'll mess with your mental so for me now the more "Brutalist" the better ... plus i've noticed it kinda fortifies you from outsiders who wont enter the blocks lol 👍
My aunt used to live up there back in the day before moving to Finsbury Park. Memories bwoy, I can smell fresh baking cake and the sound of musical bass lines bussing through the walls because of the parties them👌🏾
@ sorry my mistake I meant hornsey road that’s where my cousin lived on that side of the estate just across seven sisters road just past hornsey police station on the right “ it has a Islington postcode N7 .
I've walked that high road i don't know how many hundreds of times and had no idea that was all above my head. Great video, cheers!
