From what I remember there's a massive jump you make and you have to parachute to the dingie. With how horrible they are at using a parachute someone was going to die.

Them taking that route, sneaking up on the guards to silently take them out, idk what website they picked out but it was full of bogus tips that someone just imagined up.
No I think it was actully smart because the cops still chase you up the mountains sometimes trust me.They will knock you off in a heartbeat if you are not careful.Also parachuting was way too dangerous with their track record.
